My name is Gemma. I love this picture of me in Tulum, Mexico. It was a rainy, cold day and I was exploring the Mayan ruins on my rusty hotel bike and having an excellent afternoon looking for iguanas.

This site is an endeavor to share with you what I love.

I am skilled in teaching movement, meditation and yoga classes that raise energy frequencies. I believe we are energetic beings and things like dance, laughter and music can have a profound positive effect on our mental and physical health.

We are energy, and we are always vibrating at a certain frequency. The great news is we can change that frequency at any moment, but we have to be paying attention. Most of us have scripts playing in our head such as stories of the past or plans for the future. Many times those scripts/voices can spin us into a downward state. You are not what you think. Waking up and taking a breath can break the script and bring you back into the present moment. We only have this one life. It is up to us, moment by moment, to choose what we pay attention to. I choose peace, purpose and laughter.

I am offering three live classes a week: one meditation, one gentle yoga and one yoga/pilates mix.

This is a new endeavor and yes I will be offering on demand classes soon.

Yes my classes are beginner-friendly. I try to offer options to modify poses or movements whenever I can. You should always listen to your own body and modify when something doesn't feel right.
